Clause 1.1

Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or making use of any feature of ew777, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ew777. This agreement is formed at the moment you tick the acceptance checkbox during registration, or — if no such checkbox is presented — at the moment you first place a wager or make a deposit. These Terms govern all transactions, bets, game plays, and interactions conducted through your ew777 account.

Clause 1.2

Amendments

ew777 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the ew777 website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Clause 2.1

Eligibility Criteria

To register and use ew777, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or older. ew777 enforces strict age verification and will suspend any account where the player cannot demonstrate they are aged 21 or above.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ew777 or closed your account during an active self-exclusion period.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ew777.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Clause 3.1

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ew777. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ew777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances or bonus amounts held in those accounts.

Clause 3.2

Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ew777 may request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Clause 3.3

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ew777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ew777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Clause 4.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit on ew777 is ৳500. ew777 accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ew777 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor.

Clause 4.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• ew777 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. You must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership when requested.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account. ew777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ew777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Clause 4.3

Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions on ew777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ew777 does not apply platform-level fees to deposits or standard withdrawal requests. If your payment provider charges fees for processing a transaction, those fees are the responsibility of the account holder and are not reimbursed by ew777. Account holders are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings under applicable laws.

Clause 5.1

Bonus Eligibility

ew777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus terms that specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum withdrawal from bonus funds, and expiry period. The general Terms set out in this document apply to all bonuses in addition to any specific bonus terms.

Clause 5.2

Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once. Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Withdrawing a bonus balance before satisfying the stated wagering requirement. Attempts to circumvent wagering requirements by placing low-risk hedging bets will be treated as an attempt to abuse bonus terms.
• Using bonus funds on games that are explicitly excluded from bonus wagering contribution, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Colluding with other players or using automated software to exploit bonus offers or game mechanics in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.

Clause 6.1

Prohibited Actions

• Fraud, money laundering, or using ew777 for any unlawful financial transaction. ew777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not consistent with human recreational play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, including any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with game participants.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your own account access with any third party for commercial or any other purposes.

Clause 7.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the ew777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, website design, graphics, text, audio, video, and game interfaces — is the property of ew777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial recreation only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ew777 content without prior written authorisation from ew777.

Clause 8.1

Platform Availability

ew777 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service outages, or events outside ew777's reasonable control. ew777 will not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed betting opportunities, or data loss — arising from platform downtime or interruption, except where such losses arise directly from ew777's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Clause 8.2

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ew777's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ew777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ew777 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Clause 10.1

Right to Amend

ew777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ew777 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or phone number on their account. However, it remains the player's responsibility to check the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Clause 10.2

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of ew777 shall first be submitted to ew777's customer support team for resolution. ew777 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolution. Nothing in this clause limits ew777's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
